Durante este fin de semana se han realizado migraciones planeadas a nuevos servidores.
El proceso de la primera fase se ha concluído con éxito, aunque algunos clientes nos reportan problemas para accesar sus servicios.
Queremos notificarles que hemos realizado las pruebas necesarias a todos nuestros servidores y se ha concluído que los servicios se están brindando en fomra eficiente y efectiva, incluyendo entre otros el correo electrónico y los sitios web.
El problema de accesibilidad a los nuevos servidores puede deberse a que los cambios realizado en los servidores DNS aún no se han refrescado en los que ustedes están actualmente usando. Por lo tanto, les recomendamos cambiar y utilizar los siguientes servidores DNS los cuales hemos verificado que tienen la información más actualizada y que los dirigirán a sus servicios de forma apropiada.

Notar que estos servidores DNS son mantenidos por RACSA. Los servidores DNS nuestros son manejados por DNSCR.com y cuyos registros fueron actualizados en el momento de iniciar el proceso de migración, tal y como fue previsto y anunciado en los mensajes distribuidos a los clientes seleccionados para esta fase.
